Makino Botanical Garden

Today we went to a beautiful botanical garden. It was named after the famous Japanese botanist Tomitaro Makino. His research resulted in documenting 50,000 specimens. He is responsible for naming 1,000 species. We saw lots of cool plants and I had many botany lessons with the kids!
