School Assembly

Fran’s school has an assembly every Friday morning. The whole school (about 300) gathers in the assembly room. They sing the national anthem, the school song (see video and below for lyrics), give announcements, and teachers recognize students. The year 6 students lead the assemblies. Today Fran got to be one of the MCs. She also announced to the school a jump rope competition that she organized. The school is really great at allowing students to be leaders.
