Platypus in Bombala

We took a small detour to a Platypus Nature Preserve. We didn’t see any at the reserve but kept looking when our caravan park was right on the river. We were in luck!! We saw a handful of platypuses!!! They are hard to photograph because they are so small and can hold their breath for 14 min!! But lots of ripples in the water and small glimpses.
