Safari at Hurulu Eco Park

Wow! What an amazing experience. We saw so much wildlife on this safari. Of course the highlight was getting up close to 5 different herds of elephants - probably about 50-60, and the cutest little babies!! But we also loved the birds and small animals. We had the best jeep driver that knew where to go and respect the animals too! I was sad that I didn’t have my big nice camera with telephoto lens with me (it didn’t make the packing list), but there was no need for it with the elephants, they were so close! It still would have been nice with the birds though. Fran was in animal heaven. We all were. Today may have made all the challenges of travel, being away from home, and all of that a little bit better.
